Transforming Logitech's Digital Marketing with a Comprehensive Assessment
The Ask
Initialyze was asked to assess the current state of Logitech’s overall digital architecture, platform, teams, workflows, processes and provide strategic recommendations to address challenges, pain points and improve efficiencies within the digital team. The scope of the audit needed to included existing Agile, development, quality, and content publishing team workflows as well as reviewing upcoming projects, roadmap and needs.
What We Did
Through a series of stakeholder interviews, we gained a deep understanding of the current digital platform, technology stack, team structures, workflows, and processes of Logitech's digital marketing team. Our discovery and analysis uncovered challenges, pain points, and inefficiencies faced by various team members including developers, QA, authors, designers, project managers, and leads. Based on this analysis, we developed strategic recommendations and a prioritized roadmap to address these issues and drive success.
We drove and supported the implementation of the majority of these recommendations in the short to medium term, resulting in measurable improvements to Logitech's Agile, Development, CI/CD (DevOps), QA, and Web Production processes through continuous maturity assessments..
